In previous articles, the important role that the mineral and vitamin supplements have on human health has been established. There is no doubt that, today, the general public believes that vitamin and mineral supplements provide some benefit to human health. What they do not know is just how important these benefits are to their very survival. They also do not know how these supplements do what they do.

The common denominator in the benefits of nutrients to human health is the body’s fluids, which act as the transportation medium for the delivery of the nutrients to the cells that make up the human body, and the expulsion of toxins form the body.
